Standard sessions for hypnotherapy and life coaching last around an hour and cost £60.

The first in a series of life coaching sessions will usually last around 90 minutes and costs £70. Subsequent life coaching consultations will be considered to be standard sessions.

Smoking cessation appointments typically last around 80 to 90 minutes and cost £100. As part of the package I offer a follow up consultation if you feel that you need it, totally free of charge. This isn’t used as standard as usually there is no requirement for a second consultation.

If you require a series of consultations discounts are available if you pay for them all at the beginning of the series.

All prices are fully inclusive, so there won’t be any hidden charges for CDs or notebooks that I provide. If an appointment runs over time I may continue the consultation if I am able to but will not ask for any more money.
